Due to doggy thiefs I may ask for your name, phone & address before I give you mine if you want to come visit. Please understand I have to keep my family and my pets safe. Everything is now video/audio recorded on our property & in our home. Info: My babies are raised inside my home with lots of love and attention, handled everyday, my dogs are my passion and part of my family. Puppies are given thier first shots, dewormed regularly. Will come with a puppy pak that includes vitamins, the health guarantee, health/shot records, food sample and a toy with mom or litter mates smell on it. We breed for health, personality & temperament. Like us we hope you plan to have your doggies for many years to come. I have raised Shih Tzu for 27 years and Cavaliers for 10. I will always take back one of my dogs but can not refund your money. Babies are sold on Limited AKC registration, breeding rights to approved breeders. An additional charge for full AKC is required. If your puppy is ready to go by 8-9 wks of age and you can not pick it up for a few weeks, I do charge an additional fee of $5.00 per day & $10. if it needs more vaccinations. If puppy is being shipped & I can not ship at extactly 8 wks (because airport is 21/2 hrs away) I will not charge this fee. “Tiny” puppies will not be allowed to leave here until I feel it is safe & require you to have on hand or buy from me “Nutrical” and Nuvet vitamin’s before it goes home. This will help with hypoglycemia. DEPOSIT: I ask $300. deposit, which can be paid by paypal, cash, money order or credit card. (a 3% fee for paypal and credit cards will be charged) If sending by mail I need a confirmation number (issued by the post office) to hold a puppy for you. No personal checks. I do not refund deposits for any reason, but if you cant take a puppy right now, I will defer that deposit to another puppy within 6 months minus $100. for re-advertsing fees. Nuvet Vitamins: I highly recommend Nuvet Plus vitamins and ear cleaner solution. I will give you a sample when you take your puppy home it will help with hypoglecimia and stress. It will help your pet live a longer healthier life. I orgianlly tried it for allergies in one of my dogs and it started working within a week, I have since used it for many different things and I love it. Helps with skin & coat, hot spots, digestive problems and much more. I used it on an older dog of mine with bad hot spots & allergies, she perked up and started following me around the house within a week.

Breanne O'Donnell, sister of the young Shaun Brady who use to be on Days of our lives. Newest celebrity puppy buyer drum roll please... actress, model, “Survivor” Jerri Manthey, from my favorite night time show “Survivor.”.  Weather caster Rob Mayeda has 2 of my Cavaliers. Dec 2012 Kate and Cory popular Blogers on Youtube with alomst a milion followers bought a puppy form me as well and Cory will be n the new Heathcliff movie. They were such nice people.   Myself and Kaye Ballard above. When we delivered Kaye's puppy to her, we were treated like stars, we had dinner and breakfast with them, she insisted we stay at her home for the night. Kay told us her home use to be owned by Desi Arnez. She is just the nicest person you would ever want to meet, down to earth and always smiling. One of my puppies has been featured on the Ellen show as best in show, Mario's puppy has been on Opra twice, Is almost always seen in his mothers lap when she is at one of his events. One of my puppies is a doggy model for doggy cloths, and many have been used for therapy dogs. The Cavalier you see on “Sex in the City” opening shot was one of my puppies. Several were featured in a doggy calendar.    Myself, Mario Lopez and my Daughter Jessica! Very nice guy.
